I downloaded and run ATW Software Installer, but when I check on MetaTrader 4, it does not show WaveRider with Cyclicity. Please advise?

Once the ATW Software Installer is correctly installed, you should see only these templates under Templates:

ATW Blank
ATW Daily Waverider with Channel
ATW Daily Waverider
