I cannot see or click the Buy/Sell buttons after clicking the “New” button while using Market Scan.

This is most likely due to the following reason

1. MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platform is not maximized.
2. Chart windows are too small due to computer screen size are small.
3. Terminal window is blocking the view of the Market Scan.

Here are few ways you can resolve the issue above.

Solution 1 – Maximize your MT4 window by clicking on the Maximize button on the top right corner. (refer to image above)

Solution 2 – Reduce your Terminal Window size by clicking and dragging the window divider. (refer to image above)

Solution 3 – Turn off the Terminal window. You can toggle between open and close by clicking the Terminal icon (refer to image above)
