Some of the common reason why you are unable to login to your ATW Education Account
a. Login refer to the ATW Education Account assigned to you. You might have empty spaces before and after the account number
b. Password might have empty spaces before and after your password when you tried to copy and paste from the email
c. Server is selected wrongly. Please ensure that when you login to the assigned ATW Education Account, you should be selecting the correct LIVE server

- For JDR Securities: JDRSecurities-Live
d. For security reasons, the ATW Education Account has been deactivated due to no trading activity in the last 3 months. Kindly send us an email so that we can assist you either by reactivating the ATW Education Account or providing you with a new ATW Education Account with the balance transferred from the old account.
